About Us

Steve Peddie has focused exclusively on Agricultural Recruitment for over 24 years.  While building a career as an Agricultural Talent Scout he has become incredibly well connected in every sector of the Agriculture Industry. He has an established contact referral network with Ag Professionals, Ag Managers and Ag Executives in hundreds of Agriculture companies across Canada. 

Steve holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Business Administration. 

Agriculture is his life.  Steve grew up on a farm, (and still owns his grandfather's homestead back home in Saskatchewan).  His first job was buying grain and selling crop supplies for the local grain elevator. He's been working in the Agriculture sector for over 30 years. 

Steve has taught workshops on "How to Assess Candidates" and he has been a Guest Speaker at Ag industry conferences on the topic of "Employee Recruitment & Retention in the Agriculture Industry".
